Cataclysm Trademark by Blizzard Entertainment

According to the dictionary, Cataclysm means "an extensive flood or deluge."

Blizzard Entertainment of Starcraft and WOW fame has recently trademarked "CATACLYSM."
Now the rumors are starting to fly around for the reason behind this.

But all evidence points to the fact that Cataclysm will be used by Blizzard Entertainment for the World of Warcraft expansion.

Fact you might wanna know: The Sundering which created the maelstrom in Warcraft lore is also referred to as the Cataclysm. There's now a possibility that Blizzcon will be unleashing a sea-based WOW to all the WOW players. Exciting!

NBA 2K10 has Kobe Bryant cover

Looks like 2K Sports is on the roll with the number 1 rated NBA game.
Good news PC fans! You won't have to be stuck with a real bad EA Sports title since NBA2K10 will be released on PC.

Kobe Bryant of the champion Los Angeles Lakers will be on the cover for this year.
We hope that this game title will be better compared to the 2k9.
Gameplay should be more realistic.
NBA LIVE and EA bites the dust.

Goodbye to Starcraft 2 LAN Parties

Say goodbye to LAN Parties!
The Starcraft 2 Game Developers have now officially used the excuse of piracy as the reason why they took out the LAN capabilities of Starcraft 2. Blizzard Entertainment is forcing potential Starcraft 2 customers to play on a ad-congested BattleNet 2.0. This move may hurt Activision Blizzard in the long run as it may actually increase piracy of quality Blizzard titles instead of preventing it.

Pirates the cause for taking out the LAN feature? Yeah right.
More like greed. Geeks will be coming out with hacked Starcraft 2 game titles with LAN capabilities in no time. This is another good example of greed hurting the legitimate gamers who have supported Blizzard Entertainment through the years.
